How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our Contact & Book form, or by calling +1 (873) 662-2359 during opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–9 PM). A team member will confirm your slot the same day.
Do I need to book in advance?
We highly recommend booking in advance — particularly for colour, dreadlocks and spa services which need dedicated chair time. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.
What services does Sparkles offer?
Haircuts (adults & children), deluxe styling, full & partial hair colour, root touch-ups, balayage, scalp treatments, braiding, dreadlock installation and maintenance, grooming, manicures and spa services — all delivered by trained specialists.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules so we can offer your chair to another client. You can reach us anytime by phone or email.
Do you serve English- and French-speaking clients?
Yes — our team is fully bilingual. Feel comfortable booking or asking questions in either English or French.
